The Basic Principles Foundation was founded by Qualicon Construction in 2024 as a non-profit initiative, dedicated to uplifting underserved communities by addressing critical needs. Basic Principles Foundation was inspired during Matlakala's MBA journey & by families stuck between unaffordable private care & overstretched public services.

Borwa Stockade Cleaning (Nov–Dec 2024)

Community flooding challenge resolved through water channels - Impact: Restored economic & safety stability for livestock farmers.

House Renovation for Disabled Resident (Feb–May 2025)

Adapted home & bathroom for wheelchair accessibility - Impact: Improved dignity & independence.
