As of March 1st, 2025, significant changes in the shareholding & management of Qualicon Construction took place. Kotie (JM) van Tonder, the company’s founding member, went on retirement & sold his stake in the company to his current business partner, Matlakala Radebe, making her the sole shareholder of the company.
